Downtown South Salt Lake

South Salt Lake is building a downtown city center. This is one of the most significant actions in South Salt Lake's 80-year history, and likely the next century. The City anticipates no less than 2,500 mulit-family housing units, 1.5 million square feet of retail and 3 million square feet of office/commercial space, plus parks, a greenway, Parley's Trail and cultural and social attractions over this 235-acre neighborhood.
